unwanted text at the top and bottom of my pages

  There is unwanted text at the top of most of my pages – [TITLE][ID][EMAIL][LAST_NAME][FIRST_NAME][CATEGORIES] WHEN I GO TO THE BACKEND I DON’T SEE IT TO REMOVE.
