  I had an intrusion on my wordpress that locked me out wit a 403 error, how can i prohibit this from happening again. Can i whitlist my computer or IP adress and nevcer let enny one else but me make changes?

  For clarification, the attack targeted the text displayed on google searches. Web page was fine as far as I can tell and still online, but it tanked my priority for searches. They used my SOC text or whatever its called as a form of advertisement. ( I have 2 step authentication and none of my passwords or phone is compromised as far as I can tell)
