Both of your sites are active and you can access them freely. We don’t censor sites on WordPress.com, unless you’re in violation of our Terms of Service ( http://en.wordpress.com/tos/ ), which generally says that you can’t use your site for spam, advertising, personal attacks, etc.
There are also occasions that we, by law, must removed copyrighted content if the copyright holder gives us notice of an alleged violation.
In your case, I don’t see a record of us having done anything to your site. Was there a particular incident that occurred?
Please note that if you link to content off of WordPress.com (embedding a YouTube video or an image from another website), it will not appear on your site if the content was taken off of YouTube, etc. An image uploaded to your own account would not be removed without being in copyright violation and you would be notified if that occurs.

Now all I have to do is try to figure out how to get my Photo’s to this Web Site without going through FB avoiding URL’S. From downloads to my computer, OK.

That should be fine, as long as you aren’t reproducing someone else’s copyrighted content without permissions and aren’t a “bad” type of blog (here’s a friendly-to-read format of what’s not allowed, generally: http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/ ).
In short, nothing stands out to me on your site that would indicate anything would be wrong.
