Up in right corner bell is not working. Why is my bell not working?

  I click on the bell it doesn’t let me click on any of those people who follow my blog. Can you help? What should I do? refreshing does not help, f5 does not help.

  The little bell in the upper right hand corner of my dashboard is not working at all. Why? Can someone please help fix it? Refresh does not work, F5 does not work? I have no clue. Can you please help me?
