UPCOMING CHARGES
-
First of all, why is my question being posted on public forum after clicking on the link to contact WP customer support?
I received an notice that I would be charged $30 for custom design on the WP site: thefundraisingcoach.wordpress.com. I do not want to delete that site but no longer wish to pay for no adds or custom design. I DO NOT want to be charged the $30 or other fees for that blog. We have transferred the blog to WordPress.org.
When I follow the link in the email notification about upcoming charges on May 11 and inserted the password for account wlw747, thefundraisingcoach.wordpress.com is not listed as one of my sites. So why are you sending me a notification for an upcoming billing for an account that is not listed on the linked page?????
The only listings for username wlw747 or for email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) are
DavidHouston.org
WalterWalker.orgThe DavidHouston.org website has been transfer to a another account.
The WalterWalker.org is my website that needs to remain active.Again, I do not wish to pay the $30 fee for custom design of thefundrasingcoach.wordpress.com. However, since it is not listed on the linked page, I have no way of discontinuing the charges associated with that blogsite.
Please explain.

Hi Walt,
It sounds like you must have more than one account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received the email about upcoming charges? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
From there you’ll be able to cancel all upgrades.

These community forums are for folks who use our free services, like the site you’ve listed here. We have quite a few users who help each other here. Sites with paid plans have access to direct support, but you do need to be logged into that account.
