    I have or had several WordPress.com blog sites.
    walterwalker.org is my primary personal site.

    Previously, I managed two other sites:

    the fundraising executive.wordpress.com
    davidhouston.org

    thefundraisingexecutive has been transferred to WordPress.org. I don’t want to delete the WordPress.com version but neither do I want to pay for no ads or for custom CSS. I tried to communicate that to WordPress support prior to the last billing cycle but got no reply.

    Re the site davidhouston.org, I have transferred that site and no longer wish to pay for no ads or custom CSS.

    I am replying to a notice for an upcoming no ads bill for $30, but you message and the link I followed are not clear if it is for davidhouston.org or walterwalker.org.

    WOULD SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND THIS TIIME!!!

    My WordPress.com accounts and the auto-billing from WordPress is becoming a real headache. Please help.

    Tell me what site the upcoming no ads bill is for.

    By the ways, I’ll repeat a complaint from the previous attempt to contact WordPress support—i.e. It irritates me to no end that I my responses and question to WordPress support regarding billing issues ARE SENT TO A WORDPRESS FORUM!

    This is because you are posting in the support forum for free sites via an account that has a free site. If you were logged into an account with an upgrade then you could use email or Livechat privately with staff.

    Those upgrades are owned by a different WordPress.com account than the one you’re currently logged in. Please log in to that account and reply here to further assist you.
