upcoming domain charge

Hello! Thanks for your help! I have a notice of an upcoming domain charge. However I closed that domain a long time ago. I go to manage my subscriptions, and the domain is not there, as I removed and cancelled it a long time ago. So Im curious if you can help me, there is nothing to manage, nothing to cancel, its already canceled . Yet I am getting notices that this will be renewed and charged. Please can you help me?

The domain cleobuchanan.com is not registered with us at WordPress.com, and I don’t see any hosting subscriptions attached to it in our system either — I’m afraid there’s really nothing we can do to help you from this end.
Keep in mind that WordPress itself is a piece of software for building websites. WordPress.com is actually just one of many hosting companies which offers that software — but we are also named after it, so this can often cause confusion. Your site may have been using the WordPress software, but I don’t see any indication that it was ever hosted at WordPress.com.
According to our site profiler tool it’s hosted by Bluehost, and the domain itself is registered at FastDomain Inc. You will need to contact one or both of these companies depending on whether you want to cancel the hosting, the domain registration, or both.
