upcoming events do not display

  upcoming events widget

  i have checked and double checked that i have entered the code per the help instructions, but the widget always displays “No upcoming events”

  i have embedded the calendar in a page and that works. i can embed the calendar in the sidebar using the text widget and that works

  the upcoming events widget i cannot figure out

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you have any recurring events?

  There seems to be a bug as per this thread.

  yes, all my events thus far are recurring events

  entered non-recurring events and it works.
  having to enter recurring events individually is a major flaw in the widget
