upcoming events widget

  I have added upcoming events but under each one it still says ‘no upcoming events’. How can I get rid of this?

  I do not see an upcoming events widget on the site:

  Is this the site you are working on or is it another?
  I just want to make sure we are looking in the right place. Thanks!

  I see the section of your site you’re referencing:

  Can you confirm that you’ve added a iCalendar link to the iCalendar Feed URL portion of the widget:

  This would be required in order to not have “No Upcoming Events” be removed.

  This article will show you how to go about adding a the feed URL:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/upcoming-events/

  However, if you just want the Title you’ve added to show for each of these items instead, you may just want to replace the Upcoming events widget with just a Text widget with those event descriptions you posted:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/
