1) How do I find widgets
2) once I add the upcoming events widget how do I add it to only 1 page?

Hi! Widgets are under Customize > Widgets; just type the first few letters when adding a widget to find the one you’re looking for.
Regarding the upcoming events widget, have you considered just using your page layout to add it if you only want it on a single page? That may be your best bet in this case.

Hi there!
I’m not sure what you meant in your last message, but I visited your site and I see the Upcoming Events widget in the footer area. It can’t be inserted into a page because it’s a widget (which only goes in widget areas of a theme).
Hope that clarifies things.

I want an events page I could add my own registrations to. And it only show up on 1 page. :D
