Upcoming events widget has odd spaces inserted in text

    I’m using the upcoming events widget on my site. I’ve got events in my gmail calendar and set up the ical feed etc. But there are odd spaces inserted in the middle of words when it shows up on my blog (left hand side “upcoming author events”. I double checked the evens in gmail calendar and those spaces are definitely not there. Any ideas? Is it a bug?

    It’s been a while since you asked for help with the Upcoming Events widget, and I’m researching a similar issue and found your post.

    I checked the sidebar on http://jaredgulian.com/ just now and it says “No upcoming events”

    What you described though sounds to me like an issue with the content itself. If you enter new events in the future, try making sure you type the data in directly to the calendar instead of copying and pasting it to see if that helps. If the same problem happens again, grab a screenshot of the entire browser window with the spacing problem showing and upload it to your media library or to a temp image sharing service such as http://snag.gy
