Upcoming Events Widget: limit amount of text?

    Is there a way to limit the amount of text the Upcoming Events widget pulls from the “Description” field of events from a Google calendar? I know I can change the number of events listed, but I’d like to reduce the amount of text associated with each event (so i can list more events in the same space).
