Upcoming Events widget shows wrong times

  The Upcoming Event widget is showing times 4 hours off.

  My site is http://octorarataxes.wordpress.com/

  Example… “Regular School Board Meeting November 18, 2013 at 11:30 pm” should show a time of 7:30

  The feed can be found at http://www.octorara.k12.pa.us//site/handlers/icalfeed.ashx?MIID=1

  Is this fixable?
