Upcoming Events Wrong Timezone

My Upcoming Events widget is showing every event time as off by one hour. The calendar I have embedded in the site is showing the correct time: https://greenhillpc.wordpress.com/calendar-2/
Is there a way for me to correct the times on the widget?
