  When I make updates on a post like change the feature image and the exerpt, its says updated but then when I try to share to facebook it still uses the old version. How can I get it to share the most up to date version?

  the updates are live on wordpress but not the share feature, …..

  Here’s what I see when I click to share that post on Facebook (temporary screenshot).

  Is that the old version or the updated version? If that is the old version, you may need to flush Facebook’s cache of your shared post. You can do so here: http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug

  Just be aware that we do not really have control over what is shared to Facebook. We supply them the URL and they determine what is shared.

  It was the old link that you took a screen shot of, so I followed the debug link … and it works.
  I’m amazed, that you so much for your help, now I know!
