  Hi there,
  The good news is that http://wichitacountydemocrats.org/ is hosted by wordpress.COM and the version of WordPress software every wordpress.COM site runs on is the most recent one. Here, at wordpress.COM our Staff do all version upgrades for us users, and they are done 1 month before they are released to wordpress.ORG users.

  If you are reading anything other than the relevant support documentation here http://support.wordpress.com that applies to all wordpress.COM hosted blogs like your site then toss it away as it does not apply to your site.

  Thanks for the quick response. Got it!

  The reason that I asked was that I have another site that uses 4.5.2. It is hosted elsewhere. wichitafallsuu.org.

  The 4.5.2 version, that I use for this site is easier to use.
