Update 2-factor auth help for Windows Phone authenticator app

  Documentation on enabling two-factor authentication with WordPress could lead one to think they can’t use two-factor authentication if they have a Windows Phone. However the Microsoft Authenticator app works very well with WordPress and the QR code produced in the registration flow and so the support.wordpress.com documentation could be updated to include that.
