update 4.7.3

    Hello
    I received an email from Network Solutions saying I had to update to 4.7.3 for security reasons. The instructions were to go to dashboard and click update. Can’t seem to find that option in my WordPress dashboard. Also, wondering if I have a site that is set for auto update in these cases? That would make my life easier!

    The version of WordPress software every wordpress.COM site runs on is the most recent one. Here, at wordpress.COM our Staff do all version upgrades for us users, and they are done 1 month before they are released to wordpress.ORG users.

    If you are reading anything other than the relevant support documentation here http://support.wordpress.com that applies to all wordpress.COM hosted blogs like your site then toss it away as it does not apply to your site.

    The site referred to cannot be on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
