  since we have done WordPress update it’s showing white screen n blue writing and we have update photo 7.3.
  when we restore are website to previous backup on 16/11 it does it on iPad and then when login WordPress message comes up WordPress needs updating and same thing happens again.

  Ah, okay. These forums are for the free sites using our managed hosting service, which can be quite different from running your own WordPress installation at another host.

  You might check error logs for more info, then search the forums for self-managed sites. You can ask for help there, too, if you need it:
