  Hello!
  We have a problem that we can’t update the wordpress. Currently, we have an older version, but if we want to upgrade, it says that the automatic WordPress upgrade was not completed – the upgrade must be performed again.
  What to do then?

  Hi there,

  It sounds like you’re using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider. Here on WordPress.com we handle software upgrades automatically in the background.

  If your current version of WordPress is too old, an automatic update to the current version might not be possible. In that case you might need to do a manual update. I found the steps for doing that in the documentation for the version of WordPress you’re using over on WordPress.org:
