Update account settings

Hello, a previous volunteer of our foundation just forwarded me a copy of a receipt of renewal for our premium subscription. I went in to update the credit card on file so she would not be charged again in the future but I did not see another card on file? I am also confused why the notification went to her personal email rather than the email address listed in our account settings?
