update administration email address

I am a second administrator for the website http://www.arcticplank.is which is built using wordpress/elementor, but hosted with the icelandic hosting service 1984.is. I have repeatedly tried to update the administration email address but I never receive the confirmation email, and I’ve tried various email addresses. We really need to update this and get the previous administrator out.
Now the website is down, when I log in I get a notification saying that an email about this situation has been sent to the previous administrator, who is not tending to our questions or needs to have this cleared up. What do I do? Please help me update the administration email address and somehow resend this email that explains how I can reboot my website.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1994.
