"update and restart" message keeps appearing

  Hello
  I few seconds after I start looking at a site using WordPress, a pop-up box appears which says “WordPress.com v1.5.0” and offers the options “cancel” or “update and restart”. The “update and restart” is in blue. So I click that button.
  Wordpress disappears, presumably updating and restarting. Then I start the operation I was doing before, reading a site, say. Then, again, I get the same pop-up with the same message.
  What’s going on?
  After a few iterations of this I clicked “cancel”.
  So now I don’t get the pop-up. But it seems a bit weird and I don’t know if the update has been applied.
  Has anyone else had this – and should I worry?
