Update and size new colors, how do I put in sheet editor and connect? Custom Contact Form Field

I am trying to pick up knowing nothing where my web developer disaster left off. Under shop by color and product categories – I need to consistently update pictures, have them all look the same size.
On the register contact form – I cannot figure out how to add a field for telephone, when I look at all the contact forms it should be there.
how do I add auto relay email after someone registers?
how do I do sheet editor and connect them to pages.

The phone field should be one of the options in the Form block, so just to be sure, are you using these steps?
