Update Caused Error

I can’t seem to open my website. I was instructed to update my PHP and once I did that my site has crashed. I also went ahead and updated WP through my hosting site but still nothing is working. Could I get some help?

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
