Update CC but my account is not linked

  I received a renewal notice but I need to update my CC – when I login, it doesn’t show my woo commerce wordpress site.

  Which site are you looking for under the account? Please share the address here. I’m guessing you have more than one WordPress.com account set up.

  These are the instructions to update the card on file with WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

  I wrote this assuming the renewal notice is coming from us rather than WooCommerce directly – is that right?

  I still can’t get someone to help me update my CC and they have already tried to run my old card once. Who can I contact since there is no phone?
