Update cc on file

I received an email that a cc I have on file did not go through to pay for a plugin. I can’t find where to update that information. I emailed here before and someone sent me to Bluehost who hosts my website. I did not buy the plugin though Bluehost Help…

Is this for an add-on you bought on WooCommerce.com?
To update your details for WooCommerce.com subscriptions, please log into your account over there. Then you’ll be able to manage your subscriptions from https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/
If you run into any trouble with that you can contact the WooCommerce support team directly at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
If this is for a premium plugin you bought somewhere else, you’ll need to contact the site where you bought it directly. You haven’t bought any plugins through our plugin marketplace on WordPress.com, and you’re on the free plan for the Jetpack plugin, so the subscription you’re trying to update isn’t through us.
