Update Credit Card

    You sent me an email saying my credit card has expired (I agree) and I want to renew but I cannot figure out how to. I am in manage purchases and cannot see anything that allows me to renew. Please advise.

    Hi there,

    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.

    Subscribed purchases are automatically renewed every year using the credit or debit card information provided upon purchase, so long as the card is still valid and active.

    Make sure you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrade.
