Update Credit Card Info

Add topic to favorites
I am trying to renew my domain name. My old credit card expired, and I need to enter the new data. It will not allow me to log in. I am not sure if the domain is purchased under some other account or what, but it will not allow me to make the change thru my usual account.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The domain is definitely not connected to this account. What’s the domain name you want to renew?

Whew– I was able to figure it out. Somehow it is actually connected. (??) Anyway, I did log in and pay it. Thank you!

HI there, wordpress is telling me I need to update my credit card info as my card has expired, but when I log in, it tells me this but I cannot work out where on earth I can update my cc info. Please help! My blog is climbthegreenladder.com.

climbthegreenladder– I see things got a little confused in your account.

To update your credit card, go to this page.

https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

Click the “Cancel Auto Renew” link under your domain mapping upgrade. That will reset the renewal so you can enter the credit card info.

Let me know if you continue to have trouble.

After recent updates on Prophoto, I am unable to update my blog. I can add a page, I can upload a gallery, but I cannot add the gallery to the page. When I click “insert as full size images,” I get a completely blank screen. I am using Firefox. I tried Internet Explorer and have the same problem. Please help! :)

Hi there– I am struggling with a new issue now. There seem to have been updates. When I go to insert my images from my uploaded gallery as full images, nothing happens. I have been unable to update my blog for the past several days now. May I please get help with this?

For assistance with self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software, you’ll need to head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username there, you’ll need to register one.

If you are referring to a different website, please give us the direct URL starting with http://

Justjennifer is correct.

angelakingphotography.com redirects to http://blog.angelakingphotography.com/. http://blog.angelakingphotography.com/ is a self hosted WordPRess.org site and not a WordPress.com site. Justjennifer’s post has good info on support for WordPress.org self hosted sites.

I don’t know– on my husband’s computer I am able to make changes. However, when I go to upload a gallery and insert it in as full size images, nothing happens. The page stays blank. Is this a problem with Java? Please help if at all possible! I’m so frustrated. :( :(
