This is a free hosted WordPress.COM blog that’s devoid of any blogger created content http://amolpatil23.wordpress.com/

There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

NOTE 1: There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com that changes this.

NOTE 2 : if you are referring to a WordPress.ORG install then you are posting to the wrong support forum. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
