Update DNS
-
I upgraded my service, and attempted to change my site to domclaudio.com, instead of domclaudio.wordpress.com, but ever since I can’t load the page. I’m really trying here, but I’m not really technically savvy. I thought it was automatic, but apparently I’m missing information. Can you help me?

Hello there!
It appears as if you’ve connected domain mapping for http://domclaudio.com/, but you haven’t yet registered that domain. This means you’ve connected your WordPress.com to a name that doesn’t exist :)
But this is not a problem at all! I’ve disconnected the “ghost” mapping from your account.
Now, you can click on the link below:
https://domclaudio.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domainsClick Register a New Domain Name. Then, follow the instructions to register/purchase domclaudio.com.
That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)

Thank you so much. I thought when I upgraded my service, the domain was included. Sorry for the error.

Hi Domingo!
You were right, your domain should indeed be included in your Premium upgrade. You should not have been charged for the registration of domclaudio.com.
I’ve refunded you $18 for the extra charge.
I hope this helps! If you have any other concerns, drop me a note. Thanks much!
