Update domain nameservers

Last September, I purchased my domain name athomewithrebecka.com through WordPress.com. Now I need to update my nameservers with my new host’s nameservers, but I cannot locate how to do this. I’ve gone through the steps in the support articles, but I don’t have a blog dashboard anymore. Please help!
