Update Domain’s Contact Address

  I’m trying to update your domain’s contact email address and the update doesn’t seem to be working. Now, because I am trying to change it, my email is flagged as unverified so my domain will be shut off completely in 10 days. Can someone help please?

  We have absolutely no history of domains, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?

  You’ll need to be logged in with the account that owns the domain to manage it, which is not the account you’re currently logged in as.

  Where do I click to manage the domain email address? Email Forwarding?

  You’ll be able to manage the domain under https://wordpress.com/me/purchases but only if you are logged in under the WordPress.com account that owns the domain, which are currently not.

  What if I do not have the account login information for the account who owns the domain?

  Only the domain’s owner can manage the domain.
