Update Email

  I just joined wordpress today and accidentally misspelled my email address so I am unable to verify my email address. I have tried to update the email address on file, but when I save it I get an error and am unable to save it. How do I get assistance with correcting this issue so I can confirm my email address and continue using wordpress?

  You can enter your correct email address in your account settings page.

  As I mentioned in my original message, I attempted that but I get an error message when I attempt to change it.
