Update email address from an old address that no longer works

  Old email address doesn’t work, so I can’t receive/acknowledge confirmation of change to new address

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Type both the old and new email address here please. The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance.   Hi there!

  When updating your email address, it will only send a confirmation to the new email address, not the old one. You can read more on changing your email address on your account here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-address/.

  it’s not sending the link to the new address
