Update error 2-step authentication apps

can anoyone help. i need wordpress support here..
i have an issue with 2-step authentication. after updating authenticator app in android, a week ago, and when i started to login to my blog, it need 2-step code, opening the google authenticator, but its not respond, so its error, so i reinstalling, and it work fine, the problem is i dont know the account i used to, it need key which is i dont know. now when i try to login to may main account it need to fill the verification code.i already sent email to /lostpasword link, idont have backup code, api key, or else to proof im the owner..
but theres no rapid reply. im still waiting.. so i need to login soon, i write this on forum, wish that theres enginerr can help me..
i also already reset pasword using email that i registered..
it doesnt work, it still need verification code.. :(please help me, at least disable the authenticator, or send me temporary backup code to the email..

Many bloggers who posted before you did are waiting for Staff help too. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in order of datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
Don’t bump your thread again by posting into it because it’s not in your best interest to do that after it has been tagged for Staff help. When bloggers keep bumping any thread thinking they are going to get service from Staff more quickly they aren’t thinking straight because that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.

this account i used to report its true doesnt have 2-step.
i was report for primary account(admin) keluargasony.wordpress.com
which is keluargasony, i cant report with that account because it need 2-step@timethief, i already fill it. twice..

@shawnajroberts, i did check my email daily. theres no email from bryan, both email for this account and keluargasony. inbox or spam, theres no email from him. :(

Okay! I see that you’ve re-submitted an account recovery request. I’m going to wait for the account recovery team to respond to that request, but I’ll check in on Monday to make sure things are moving.

yes. i did resubmitted for recovery account, because i didnt received any email, both of my email that ive inform on previous report.
so, ill wait for a email respond.. -
how long it takes to staff respond my report, its too long for wait, cant you just give me a repond how to get my account back online? i just want to let staff know, that i still dont received email from last repost ive submitted. im afraid its the same matter that bryan already sent email which is idont see in my inbox or spam.
