Update Error? I Think? PLEASE HELP!

    Just a few minutes ago, I went to update a few plug-ins. I didn’t really check what plug-ins, but when I refreshed my page it gave me a error message about a twitter widget? I don’t even have a twitter widget on my page? Help Me Please!
