  Hi i am trying to update one of my websites pages and i keep getting the error update failed. also, why can’t i access the live chat when i have 4 hosting packages with you that i bought through lcn?

  Live Chat support is only available through paid WordPress.com plans. Hosting a site with LCN means it was created with WordPress.org software, rather than WordPress.com:
