Update Faulty

  I recently updated my wordpress and it fixed the right click bug issue, but now I’m have trouble with the Customizer Tool/Option. It’s not loading & the Try Again botton keeps showing up but it’s not doing the job.

  Can you please confirm on which website did you update WordPress? As your blog https://sonofataurus.wordpress.com/ is marked private and I am not able to access it.

  On WordPress.COM you do not get to update WordPress. It is always updated as it is hosted on WordPress.COM.

  So if the website where you updated WordPress is on a self hosted platform then I would request you to go to WordPress.ORG support forum here.

  As WordPress.COM and WordPress.COM both are completely separate and different, see this link to see the difference: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Hey there,

  Looks like you’re talking about the self-hosted version of WordPress. For WordPress.com sites, you don’t have to worry about the updates. Updates are done on the backend and it’s always running the latest version. Here’s a guide which explains the difference between WordPress.org (The self-hosted version) and WordPress.com: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  For self-hosted WordPress, you can get help from here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  They have a really active and awesome community full of people willing to help. With that being said, I’d suggest you try disabling all the plugins and see if it helps. There might be a plugin conflict.
