  Can you please confirm the URL of the site you need help with?

  If you’re speaking of thegiftofgabs.com, that domain is registered with Tucows, and the DNS is hosted with Wix.com, so any changes to the IP address need to be made with Wix.

  We don’t have any control over that domain.
