    So I checked the box saying a dont have a site yet because when I type in my domain mothermaryscanningco.com that is what it tells me. I need to update my online payment method because my card was blocked due to fraud. When initially set domain up it was transferred to me by another owner/administrator who help me set it up. so not sure of confusion but at a loss after several hours and efforts that have led nowhere

    Hello –

    Looking at the domain I can see that it is active in our system, and connected to a different account. Do you have contact with the person who created that account? If so, you can ask them to transfer it over to your account. Our team can also help with that if they can post here under the account giving us permission.
