I am trying to get into my site, geneladd.com, to make up dates of photos and remove some dated material. WordPress does not recognize geneladd.com and ties me to a blok, geneladd13. I have gone through the steps of getting an password update and made it part of the way but cannot make the updates. If geneladd13 is tied to my email, (email visible only to moderators and staff) I would like to delete it to clear the way back to the web page. Thanks

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
