  i cannot plug in wordpress with my leadpage because it tell me free wordpress cannot plug in how do we update i am from canada i need a iso

  Hey there, uploading custom plugins on WordPress.com is not supported. To install your desired plugins, you should self-host your site (instructions).
  There are two types variations in WordPress. More info on what’s different – https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you are sure you are referring to a self-hosted WordPress site, you should be able to get help from the WordPress.org support forums.
