Update on previous support issue

Hi, I have an important update for you on my previous support issue.

Following on from the support chat that took place on Wednesday May 5th (transcript below), I spoke with my web developer and we carried out the instructions provided. However, that did not resolve the problem.
What did resolve the problem was turning on Two Factor Authentication for the user whose Facebook account was being use to connect Woocommerce and Facebook.
The problem appears to be relatively common but nowhere was this resolution mentioned.
