I need to update our payment method – credit card – but the account is saying I don’t have a current payment method. However, I am getting charges on my credit card from Woo Commerce.

Hi! Charges from WordPress.com and WooCommerce.com are separate items. As you said, you do not have any charges on your WordPress.com account.
However, if you can log in on your WooCommerce.com account (which does indeed use WordPress.com login), then you can manage your purchases and payment methods from this link:
