update PHP problems

    Hi ! i want to make a WP update but i have to update my PHP version first, my actual version is 5.6, when i change it to 7.0 in my host console my blog is down with this message ‘The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Apache/2.4.10 (Ubuntu) Server at http://www.marwal.org Port 80’ so, what must i change in my blog to be able to make a PHP Update ?
