update posts from local installation of wordpress to online wordpress blog

  Hi there,
  I successfully installed wordpress locally(localhostwordpress). I also have an online blog say http://abcdefg.wordpress.com.

  Is there a way such that I write my posts in my local installation of wordpress and then can update them on my online blog ?

  Another issue that I’ve faced is that on my local installation of wordpress I was able to search and install a theme called lightword, while on http://abcdefg.wordpress.com search results were empty when i searched for lightword theme. If there is way i can get the local them install on wordpress blog, please help

  Sorry, no. You are using software from WordPress.ORG on your local host.
  And the blog is on WordPress.COM. On wp.com, we can use only the themes found under appearance —> themes

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are separate and distinct from each other. See details here:
