  I need to update my primary domain name with new credit card.

  You may renew your domain by visiting Store -> My upgrades in your blog dashboard:

  https://johntottenham.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Click on “Renew Now” beside the domain to enter your credit card details.

  Unfortunately, still encountering the same problem. As far as I can make out, there is no “Renew Now” option. Any way this can be dealt with over the phone?

  Going back to Store -> My upgrades in your blog dashboard:

  Do you see a “Enable Auto Renew” button beside the domain name? Please click on that button and enter your credit card details. I apologize about the “Renew Now” button that clearly wasn’t there. Let me know if you encounter problems.
