update profile photo on my blog

i have uploaded photo on gravatar. it appears as a profile photo for my gravatar account, wordpress.com, but its not coming on my blog i.e. kajolpanchal.com
i tried to update it through personalising the profile on my blog, adding photo again on gravatar but m unable to do it still.
kindly help.

@kajolcpanchal, your site isn’t hosted here so I can’t see a lot of its settings. But can you double check to see whether the email address on your profile there matches the email address you have listed at https://wordpress.com/me/account ?
