Hi rosa235,
If you have Auto Renew set for one of your upgrades, in Store > My Upgrades, there will be a link to update credit card details next to each upgrade – “Update Credit Card.” Alternatively, if you have a credit card saved, under Users > Personal Settings > Account Details you will be able to find “Stored Credit Card Details” and change or remove it.
Hope this helps. :)

I followed both recommendations and still cannot land in a place to change my payment info. can i talk to someone in person?

I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble. I’m afraid phone-support is not an option, and staff assistance is somewhat limited on the weekend. That having been said, let’s take one more go at it and if that doesn’t work we’ll tag this thread for staff assistance and have someone who has access to your account help you.
Here’s a direct link to the page on your site to which @elzrjose referred
https://http://lilliandetagle.wordpress.com//wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
You’ll see a box that looks something like this: http://snag.gy/thmTd.jpg
I’ve circled in red where you should look for the link to update your credit card information. When you click that link a box will pop up where you can enter the new information.
If nothing happens when you click the link, check to make sure you don’t have pop-ups blocked on the page.

Hi – me again. Had to drop my efforts to update my payment information now I am back at it. the site that is going to expire in 28 days is spectrumcenter-houston.com . still can’t find my way to the right page to leave my new credit card info and can’t afford to lose this site. please help. thanks.

gottcha–you are dealing with a different site than I thought originally. This is the link that you need:
https://http://spectrumcenter-houston.com//wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
Does that work for you? If it does, let me know right away so I can untag this thread for staff assistance. Otherwise, one of the Happiness Engineers will stop by to help as soon as they are able.

This is all going to boil down to how many username accounts you have and exactly which one registered which blog and purchased upgrades for it. There is only one means of account recovery so please read on.
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If you do not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then
follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibilityIf you have lost your log-in information you can visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If required please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

someone else created this site for me so I am contacting b/c they be the only one who can get in there. Damn!
-
It’s too bad you did not reveal that up front. Every blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address. No matter how many blogs are created under any username account there will be only one gravatar and one primary blog that can be linked to that username.
You need to contact the blog’s owner and have her/him act on this. They must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.
To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.
Next you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/Then A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
Lastly, once the blog transfer is complete the upgrades can be transferred too.
